Great for aviation lovers.

Pros: The people make or break the workplace. The thrill of being around aeroplanes on a daily basis keeps me going

It's an ongoing learning process, so far.
Training Supervisor in Anchorage:
Pros: There seems to be lots of room to grow, but knowing where to look/ who to talk to isn't always clear. It's a good place to learn the ins and outs of the aviation industry.
Cons: Management organization beyond my current station isn't too great, people seem to be disorganized and things are inconsistent. Communication and changing things for the better is a very slow process.
Great place to work and experience at the airport.
