Fast paced with an ever changing primary objective.
Learning and Development Specialist in Nottingham:
Pros: Training and meeting new people joining the business
Cons: Having to justify what I am doing with my time with a schedule that I am expected to manage even though I do not control it
Very busy, need to be able to multitask & be on feet all day.

Cons: Poor management from owners
Not much to mention about it.
Optical Assistant in Brisbane:
Pros: The education on optical assistance.
Cons: The customers, not having set training, feeling completely overwhelmed with the amount of pressure.
Treated like skivvies. We used to be medical / now we’re just retail.
Optical Assistant in Croydon:
Pros: Colleagues
Cons: Treated like kids. No talking, no mingling with colleagues! It’s very bullying behaviour. 20 min tea break, 40 lunch break. 9 hours on shop floor.
Hard work.
Optical Dispenser in Perth:
Pros: Meeting people helping and guiding them
Cons: How busy it gets and how short staffed we seem to be all the time, too many people in the store, don’t care about COVID all about money.
Exited. Patients are a challenge 3 branches sometimes very under presure.
Optical Assistant in boksburg:
Pros: My manager is a very good person supportive
Cons: Sometimes communication are not there from the owner
The job is challenging, it is fast paced and mostly enjoyable. The responsibilities are too much for the pay. There is an unfair way on deciding salaries.
Floor Manager in Manchester:
Pros: The staff
Cons: The underhand way in which everything is done and the hypocrisy of nearly every decision made by directors and higher managment.
