What is it like working at LIDL uk gmbh?

Poor management of the working process.
Medium Truck Driver in Doncaster:
Pros: I do not think about work when I am not there
Cons: The work process has continually got worse and worse over recent years, despite issues being brought to the attantion of Managers.
Exiting, challenging to try and stay a head of the curve in the ever changing environment of retail logistics and supply chain.
Junior Project Manager (Unspecified Type / General) in Dublin:
Pros: Seeing the impact of your work.
Cons: Work flow process.
Very good job.
Deputy Store Manager in Tullamore:
Pros: New challenges every day
Cons: Early shift and long hours
Ok.
Assistant Store Manager in Johnstone:
Pros: The in house opportunity to move up In the company
Warehouse Manager:
Overlooked for promotion, a few too many times. Funny thing about that, those promoted keep finding better opportunities in 'bigger' companies, none the wiser. Lidl is growing but the culture remains the same. Probably we should all do the same, gain the experience, join a bigger company. Appreciating loyalty should go beyond a certificate and a meal with your manager.
Lidl.
Duty Manager:
Pros: Good money, flexible hours, easy advancement.
Cons: Fewer staff, paperwork, technology.
