They’re employment offer was below market and pay scale I was receiving at the time. After several rounds of negotiations, it worked out. It’s been great so far except we work in a borrowed work space, no WiFi so we used our phones (4G) and sit on chairs that no longer function and our printer is about 8 years old.
The most bureaucratic company in the world.
Technical Product & Program Manager in Dallas:
Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: High turnover, low accountability, slow to hire new employees (6+ months)
Great Place to work.
Manufacturing Supervisor in Marinette:
Pros: The people are professional and helpful
