Jones Lang LaSalle Reviews

What is it like working at Jones Lang LaSalle?

Good Place to Work. Good People.
Data Analyst in Charlotte:
Pros: The team mates that I work with are sharp and do a good job of keeping the work place professional.
Cons: The lack of upward movement if you are not one to socialize outside of work with management. Unless you take those opportunities to be socially awkward, management doesn't get to know you as a potential candidate for advancement.
Good company...but large.
Business Development Manager in London:
Pros: Good benefits, culture, people, opportunity
Cons: Large corporate - easy to get lost. Talks progressive, acts the opposite
Be prepared to juggle all the balls and wear all the hats.
Marketing Coordinator in Walnut Creek:
Pros: The people/team, feeling appreciated, variety of tasks (never bored); it's a good balance of my creative skills and organization skills; the flexibility JLL allows me to have with my schedule
Cons: Sometimes the amount of work is overwhelming; we can't retain people because not everyone wants to work that much.
Collaborative environment designed for employees to thrive.
Vice President (VP), Operations in Charlotte:
Pros: The people and career opportunities
Cons: Difficult conversations
It all depends on the account. Some are good, many are terrible.
Operating Engineer in Chandler:
Pros: PTO
Cons: Lack of advancement, The "good ole boy" attitude going on the last 10 years, lack of better accounts, JLL allowing the client to step all over them and dictate what we need to be doing when we have our own business model to follow.
Like running my own company.
Field Service Technician in Houston:

Cons: out performing my role and pay scale
