Pros: Working with my family. Making people at the events happy.
Cons: It is extremely busy and takes much time away from my family. It's very stressful.
Flexibility but no benefits.

Pros: Flexible time, setting the hours to provide training.
Great variety and new problems to solve daily. Rewarding in customer service.
Cons: No paid time off, no retirement plan prearranged. When time off is taken it is a double negative of not working and paying expenses.

Pros: Seeing family and their love ones happy and that I do care about their loved one..i am a happy person and can make the family laugh and smile on the way I work..
Cons: Seeing that we don't live for ever.......and the patient gets worse and we know where it goes from there and it hard on the family..I want my patient to remember how it is living now and wonderful place where we are going and make the family comfortable when the time comes..

Cons: Stress level and managing other team players, firing and billing.
