What is it like working at Self-Employed?

Very busy and satisfying.
Small Business Owner / Operator:
Pros: Working with my family. Making people at the events happy.
Cons: It is extremely busy and takes much time away from my family. It's very stressful.
Flexibility but no benefits.
Personal Trainer:
Pros: Flexible time, setting the hours to provide training. Great variety and new problems to solve daily. Rewarding in customer service.
Cons: No paid time off, no retirement plan prearranged. When time off is taken it is a double negative of not working and paying expenses. Only so many hours in the day to work.

Personal Caregiver:
Pros: Seeing family and their love ones happy and that I do care about their loved one..i am a happy person and can make the family laugh and smile on the way I work..
Cons: Seeing that we don't live for ever.......and the patient gets worse and we know where it goes from there and it hard on the family..I want my patient to remember how it is living now and wonderful place where we are going and make the family comfortable when the time comes..
Under paid private home care.
Personal / Home Care Aide:
Pros: The elderly man is very nice and easy to take care of.
Cons: He needs have the right equipment for his care.
Elderly Caregiver.
Caregiver:
Pros: I enjoyed the care that I provide and the satisfaction in making my clients happy.
Cons: Some times its long work hours if I work a 12 hour shift.
Work.
Nanny:
Pros: Determining my hrs.
Cons: No benefits or paid vacation.
Work flexibility.
Attorney / Lawyer:
Pros: Independence. Work flexibility, culture.
Cons: Stress level and managing other team players, firing and billing.
