Cons: Compensation is not proactively kept up with the market. It is reactionary at best and this allows good people to walk out the door of the company. The best way to get a raise at BBVA is to leave.

I loved the job, the culture and the people. Pay wasn't high and its hard to get promoted and paid decent. PTO/sick days are good but the health insurance is high. Lots of pros but also many cons. Some management is good but others don't really help grow their employees either.
