Great people, but stressful due to ineffective clear direction and communication by leadership.
Project Manager, (Unspecified Type / General) in Broken Arrow:
Pros: The immediate people that I work with.
Cons: The levels of hoops you have to jump through to maybe get something done, and the lack of action by leadership of remediation actions that need done. They wait until the problem is so far gone, that it takes years to clean up.
