Cons: Most leaders have very low emotional intelligence. They push you to take on additional responsibilities with no change in pay. Leaders provide very little help prioritizing workload; it basically all needs to be done. If you go to leaders to ask for help prioritizing workload, they will micromanage you.
Motivates me to see positive results in resolving issues.
