Pros: Flexible.
Cons: Not honest.
Good place to work with..
.NET Software Developer / Programmer:
Pros: Wipro helped me in repaying my educational loan by providing interest free loan to employees. Good work ethics, corporate culture is good, flexible in working with this environment, stress based on how we prioritize the work.
Great opportunities with No Recognition.
Project Manager, Software Development:
Pros: 1) Great opportunities.
2) Client facing critical roles.
Cons: 1) Very low or no Recognition within organization.
2) Moderate or low hikes.
Working on Challenging.
Software Engineer:
Pros: I like programming, java programming. I do programming other than my work.
I have so much passion that so many times I forget my dinner, while deep-in myself into problem.
I love problem solving through programming.
The beauty of my this passion that I consider is, whenever I start solving problem, I don't have any clue and sometime I think that I should plan to solve the problem but I end-up on directly approaching on programming and at last I do end-up it with solution through programming.
Cons: I love whatever Wipro has given me as of now.
However I would like to mention that I don't like the management.

Pros: Job security.
Cons: Less pay.
Not Very Good. Not Very Bad.
Information Technology (IT) Consultant:
Pros: Good fresher training.
Cons: Very good company for middle management who would like to seat idle and supervise other people. No appreciation to people who work. Not a place to grow. However there might be exceptions.
