Vice President (VP), Marketing in Stone Mountain:
Pros: I've developed and lead a great team of bright and talent professionals who don't need to be micromanaged and who makes what we do look good. Because of the amount of time I've been employed here, there's more flexibility in how I come and go, and how I've been able to be a positive disruptive force and agent for change.
Cons: Leaderships lack of vision, lack of understanding about the business, and the negative way that bad loyalty is rewarded, while good loyalty is punished. Extremely poor hiring practices and lack of employee advocacy.
