Work Flexibility And Corporate Culture.
Vice President (VP), Marketing:
Pros: Flexibility to make decisions and work independently at times. Travel all of the Country meeting new people an promoting an important product.
Cons: Boss who thinks he knows everything and is not very flexible to new management ideas. Hiring practices are terrible not bringing in the right people for the job. Poor shop leadership leads to mistakes that can hurt relationships with clients.
