Pros: The breadth of human nature one encouters on a day to day basis is quite frankly amazing and wonderful!
Cons: Occasionally the unwillingness of the bureaucracy at the top of the third party; their obtuse nature.

Pros: The culture and overall goal of helping small businesses.
Cons: A lot of employees seem to be undervalued, and they work really hard. Our product doesn't seem to be maturing and moving forward as quickly as I thought we should be.

Best Position I ever Held.

Pros: I get to meet new people regularly who are positive and excited about there new positions.
I get to training/ coach and up-skill them so that they are more confident in their positions.
I work on creating PowerPoint and denouements.
I have a lot of organisation tasks.
People enjoy being involved in the work that I do.
Cons: It can be high pressured.
There is only one trainer so there is no one to cover me.
I get involved in a lot of other work items outside my role.
The company haven't invested in the facilities and technologies needed to make my sessions more inclusive and interactive.

Pros: I like to interact with people of all sorts and teach.
I love to help and mentor when available and I absolutely love sharing knowledge.
Cons: The pay and the shift are horrible.
The way they move my hours around and switch me anyway they please.
Stress level is thru the roof.
