Where everyone knows everyone.
Teller in Sandersville:
Pros: I like that the bank offers a savings that you automatically put a portion of ur check in every paycheck. By the end of the year you get that back and it’s a nice way to save for Christmas or moving in my case
Cons: It’s hard to practice politics to the best of ur ability because any one person that knows management gets special treatment whether or not it’s is against rules.

Pros: Most coworkers are nice and team players.
Cons: No advancement. Tiny raises. Taken advantage of.

Pros: I can do my job with little supervision
Cons: drive to work is 30 minutes

Stressful, belittling, and discrimated against.
Teller in West Branch:
Pros: It’s full time and benefits are ok
Cons: Direct Manager, and those she has hires after me at a higher pay rate and those employees had no applicable experience for banking

Pros: Having a productive day as far as balancing at the end if the day

Teller in Denver:
Pros: Being able to build relationships with customers and getting them what they need.
Cons: other tellers can be lazy and uncertain at times, I feel at times I am in no position to tell them how to do things, instead leading by example, which in it self doesn't always work.
