Extremely unprofessional management makes for a poor professional work experience. Doing more with less and being the department’s scapegoat for all issues IT is the daily norm. It’s all about the show and never about the support and encouragement necessary when wearing many hats at the same time. Management never has your back but easily paints a target between your eyes. Avoid at all costs.
