Pros: I like the fact that my office is in Bangalore, nothing else is good.
Not paid for overtime that I put in, but I ensure that I dont do anything any other time as a return of compliment.
Cons: Bad, pathetic project management. Sending half-baked consultants without any previous knowledge to onsite. Bidding the lowest price for the project without even understanding the scope, width and breadth of the project.
