Disappointed.
Systems Administrator in Niceville:
Pros: Management has confidence in our ability to perform and exceed at our tasks.
Cons: Absolute zero experience in the DoD sector. From start to finish they reeks of inexperience. Corporate likes to toot its own horn when it comes to being listed on Glassdoor as a top 100 business to work for, but boy is that the furthest from the truth. Nearly zero negotiating and pathetic pay raises. They need to better understand the contract and then that may change their approach to their employees.
