Work as many hours as you can and never quit, no matter hard hard it gets. It's about the journey not the destination.

Pros: I love making food. I take a lot of pride in what I do and I am continuously trying to learn something new everyday.
Cons: Sometime it can be stressful when there is a lot of work to be done in a little time.

Cons: Confined work environment. Ordering food.

Learn how to deal with children.
Sous Chef:
Work as if you are helping your family, and friends. Not just spoiled and selfish residents. You have to please residents, administration, family members, dietician, dr's., rn's and your family, try your hardest to please yourself, otherwise you will burn out quickly!!!!!
