Pros: Great technologies with great people and solid compensation. Not cutthroat, and flexible for folks with families. Also not (despite what folks from Amazon would say) a destination for slackers, at least not in my org. Great benefits.
Cons: Pay is lower than other top tech companies in the area ( Amazon) though WLB is undoubtedly better.

Cons: Unreasonable expectations about productivity for an experienced developer new to the company starting with minimal experience with Microsoft technologies. Direct manager is too busy and not very helpful.
