Growing company with a lot of opportunity for professional growth.
Senior Software Engineer in St. Louis:

Senior Software Engineer in Dallas:
Good company. Good opportunity to work on interesting projects. Salary and benefits are pretty standard with the market. There are opportunities to do better. No long term career plan available. Employees are mostly focused on current project. However, where do I go after 2 years from now is hardly talked about. Good company to switch to if you are bored at your current job , or you are trying to get out of maintaining legacy apps in your current company. Switch to this company. Work for 2 years and use that experience to search for a more stable job with clear career vision.

The Heart fo the Renaissance.
Senior Software Engineer in Florence:
Pros: To live a few steps from some of the greatest masterpieces of humankind is priceless; the surrounding nature is great, whether you favor mountains, country or seasides; people are warm and yet not intruding.
Cons: Traffic jams tend to be rather common

Senior Software Engineer in Richmond:
The performance management is adversarial and designed around an annual turn over quota. Lots of great employees kicked out to meet quotas. Very hierarchical. Impossible to be a change agent without lots of politics.
