Pros: Working with a close knit team of people that acts like a small family. I get to be creative everyday in a relaxed work environment.
Cons: Management is dire, pay is peanuts.

Independent Worker.
Senior Computer Aided Design (CAD) Designer:
Must be able to work with little or no supervision. Be able to grasp concepts and design criteria with little repetition. Maintain and update your CADD system and hardware. Be organized in file management and processes.

Too Much Outsourcing.
Senior Computer Aided Design (CAD) Designer:
Pros: Good fit for me. Nice balance of problem solving, creativity and mentoring.
Cons: Too many of my peers have been outsourced to India and Malaysia. Not enough respect for my craft. "Design Engineers" think they can do engineering plus CAD and they're CAD work suffers and is of poor quality.
