Pros: Friendships made, I can telecommute from home at least 3 days a week, very supportive and patient with life events
Cons: The company states that they support personal growth but when requesting a certification test, I was asked how it benefited the company and was denied the resources to take the test. I don’t believe that VHB supports employee personal growth.
