Learn Continuously!
Secretary:
Ask all the questions you can think of and learn about as many facets if your job as you can. The more you learn the easier time you'll have selling your traits in an interview. And the more skills you have the more valuable you'll be to employers.

Pros: The people.
Cons: The low pay rate.

Pros: Using my brain at all time by being busy.
Cons: Running around most times becausee of the environment.

I Have A Great Job.
Secretary:
Pros: I get to work with young people, (Middle School children in a Catholic School)
I work with two excellent Principals, and a seasoned secretary at the elementary school.
I get to put to use my extensive knowledge and expertise in personal interaction with both youth and their parents, my software expertise, my years of business experience and my creativity are highly valued.
Cons: It's restrictive; I'm unable to wander far from my office, as we do not have back-up personnel. I must be there to answer the phone, or doorbell all the time.

What I learned.
Secretary:
Pros: I learned a lot of things when I started to work as secretary. At first I don't have any experienced at this position, but then I quickly catch up with others and became one of my boss favourite. I can do almost everything from office administration, meeting the supplier, client, and media. Sometimes I've been asked to assist GM personal assistant on daily basis.
Cons: Salary too small, no future carreer improvement, and no opportunity to be a permanent staff.
