What I love about my job.

Pros: I feel a since of responsibility around the office. I love all my co-workers, and bosses. I like that I get to use my organizational , customer service, and computer skills.
Cons: I'd like people not to change there mind so much on orders. I don't like how one order gets messed up can interpret an entire month of orders.

Get a written description of your job assignment with as much detail as possible before you accept the job. Add to it whenever your job expands. Make sure that you communicate each addition to the job as originally defined to the one to whom you report.
