Do your homework, know everything you can about a company, management, customers and their jobs and wages. Don't be fooled by your employers. They want the most they can get out of you especially for a cheap dollar. Know your worth.

Pros: Working culture is good,
The environment is quite friendly.
Food over here is awesome.
Cons: No work recognition, slow growth, no fixed salary increment.
