Sales Associate:
Pros: The contractors getting to know people.
Cons: Retail.

September 2016
Sales Associate:
Pros: Receive great discounts, love my fellow employees both servers and my fellow cashier/retail people.
Cons: The restaurant managers are all horrible, except the newest one. He is the only one who will answer you over the radio when you need help and rushes to help you. The other managers just ignore you and don't bother to answer you. And if you ask the same thing more than once they get hateful with you. Extremely stressful since there is only one person on the retail floor for every shift. Can't leave the floor to clean the bathroom or get an item from the stockroom unless someone else is there to watch the register and the managers won't answer you so there is no way to please the customer if your not allowed to do your job anymore.

I work Robinson for 3 years.
Sales Associate:
Pros: Colleagues.
Cons: Customers.
August 2016
Sales Associate:
Pros: Excellent co-workers, & the occasional outstandingly sweet/civilly polite customer. I have never had more friends. This job really did teach me the concept of hard work & gave me the incentive to finish my schooling (granted that I decided being a minimum wage retail worker is not the lifestyle I would want to permanently have)
Cons: Poor management. Unfair work load, particularly from the management who took advantage of my kind, hardworking disposition. No hours. No commission. Rude/abusive customers. No benefits. No time off or vacation days.
August 2016
The most horrible job ever.
Sales Associate:
Pros: Just being employed is about the only good thing.
Cons: Managers don't care about the workers, we are always in the wrong and they don't want to listen to our ideas. They favor some workers over other workers. Lots of favoritism and no consideration for workers who need to change their availability due to family or medical concerns.
