Sales Advisor Reviews
What is it like working as a Sales Advisor?
February 2016
Working as a Sales Advisor.
Sales Advisor:
Pros: I like how the job is very calming and that it's easy to understand everything and to get everything. Also the training for the job is easy to understand to go through.
Cons: I don't find anything bad about the job as of right now.

September 2015
I should of left the field work many yeas ago.

Scraping the barrel.
Sales Advisor:
Pros: The most enjoyable aspect of my job is most definitely my colleagues, because I would definitely not commute for 25 - 40 minutes each day both there and back without some sort of social reward.
Cons: Over worked and under paid, the level of responsibility that comes with my job doesnt exactly go hand in hand with my job. Considering ive just put myself though some tests and learnt a load of information to earn a 5p pay rise, I cant really complain, right? Thats a massive increase of at least £6 a month, which will atleast cover one day of my petrol usage.
February 2015
Sales Advisor:
Pros: Being able to help students get prepared for the exam they need to take to either get into the college of their dreams or even the need to take an exam to pursue higher education or become a doctor or lawyer to fullfill their dreams. Also having the ability to utitlize my benefits when needed and my personal/vacation time that is earned.
Cons: The way we are pressed to always need to do more work and dials or sales even though we crush our personal and team goals every month. It just never seems good enough to higher management.
December 2013
Nightmare most of the time.
Sales Advisor:
Pros: It's always something different everyday.
Cons: Procedures. Managers looking over your shoulder.
December 2013
Sales Advisor:
Pros: The pay and bonuses are great and the people are fantastic.
Cons: The long hours and the amount you have to put in everyday is alot.
