Fantastic Job, but the pay is lacking.
Sales Advisor in Coralville:
Pros: I like that I come to work to make an important impact on my clients and my coworkers.
Cons: There is room for improvement when it comes to communication with specific leadership. On another note, the promotion process seems to be properly communicated, but the pay increase with those promotions is hardly communicated at all.
