Salary is grossly below work load.
Not being able to give the highest level of customer service because there are not enough hours allocated to my 44000 sq. Ft. Department store.
Working 65 hours in 3 1/2 days with a total of 4 hours sleep and 2 of those hours were spent sleeping on my office floor because district manager was there keeping us working until 5 am and then I had to re open the store at 9 and did not have enough time to go home and get back in time. My D.M. Upset with me for taking a day off after working 70+ hours this past week.
