Cons: Upper management, lack of proper training for new employees, they cut payroll hours but dont cut store hours so we have less time to do our expected jobs while they seem to forget that we also need time to wait on customers

You are stretched too thin, and underpaid. You must take care of the pharmacy and front store, but only get paid to do one.
