Retail Store Manager in Hopewell:
As a store manager there is too much thrown at us to be able to take care of in a timely manner. If you are a male manager your pay is pretty decent but being a female manager they pay you at the lowest end of the payscale. They want you to work 50+ hours and not give the store extra hours to hire people. With the amount of work they expect done and still only pay 7.50 an hour for associates we can never get anybody to apply. Things could be alot better if the company cared about their employees more.

Long Hours.
Retail Store Manager in Roseburg:
Pros: Working with the customers and my co-workers.
Cons: My District Manager. Rude, Disrespectful to all her employees and doesn't care about anyone but herself!
