Great company to develop you to reach your goal but once you’re there, the pressure to meet goals is unreasonable. They say you’re the CEO of your building but if you make a decision that you feel is good for your store, they won’t support you. Money is good. But don’t expect to have a personal life and keep your store running well. Amazon returns have destroyed your ability to become successful in every metric.
