It’s relentless.

Pros: You get the opportunity to grow and develop employees which can be hugely rewarding. It’s critical that you enjoy competition if you are going to have the energy to achieve the goals set by the company. Selling video games is fun.
Cons: They treat the field as if we make commission. We don’t. You will be held accountable to every metric imaginable and if you exceed expectations one week you will be expected to do even better the next week. The goal posts are constantly moving and changing and very little is done to incentivize the field.
