What I Currently do:
I schedule, train and manage 4 employees, need to keep up with sales, ordering, inventory, requests reviews, answer the phone. While I’m a part time student full time mom and love over an hour away from my place of work.

Cons: The pay. As a manager for a high volume drive thru, we should definitely be paid a higher salary than someone running a dying cafe store.

Cons: Difficulty terminating employees that don’t work well and bring down morale at the store but it’s easy for upper management to terminate store managers and assistant managers who are held accountable for the performance of the employees who don’t perform or show up but can’t get terminated easily
