Horrible.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: The pay. The amount of work I did on a daily basis was beyond what i was getting paid from the start! Underpaid beyond belief.

Not an easy job, but very rewarding.

Pros: My coworkers and the values that IKEA stands for. Even though it is very stressful at times, we all come together as a team.
Cons: I believe that we are underpaid, especially in my position at my store. We are the backbone but get treated poorly at times.

Meh.

Pros: hours (Overnights, 4 on 3 off) a few coworkers, the tasks performed (OCD helps!!) Pay is good at start..
Cons: communication. (Or rather the lack of) a few coworkers. Often stores I reset employ thieves who take our tools, and the night stockers in those store have, on occassion, been exceedingly rude. Intentionally. The pay.... they claim advancement from within, then they promote people with zero to no training to lead a team of seasoned merchandisers. I have seen managers let go of people (Good ones) only to leave themselves. I'm 3 years in, about to have my 9th team lead. just waiting for that hammer to fall

Pros: Flexible hours but they expect a lot in a little amount of budgeted hours
Cons: Boxes are heavy
