Pros: Helping the Clients to learn how to be independent.
Cons: The company does not really listen to employees about the clients only goes by outline the state has given not the people who work one on one everyday with the clients.

Treat your clients how you would like members of your family to be treated. Don't get too attached to your clients, don't get involved in the clients personal, business or private matters. Remember, focus on the ability, not the disability. Remember to look after yourself, take breaks and debrief with your workmates.
