Cons: No appreciation. No organisation. Overwork.

Pros: Learning new technologies and last revealed knowledge of the enterprise manufacturing system and operational excellence and always up-to date.
Cons: Stressful environment because of the job responsibility, receiving the negative energy from one of the colleague and the as the worst, I believe I'm better that others while the salary is not comparable with.
