What is it like working as a Recruiting Coordinator?
July 2019
The best place to work and my position is really what I love to do .. Working with people , makes the happy all the time !
Recruiting Coordinator in Fort Lauderdale:
Pros: Everything
Cons: Money
July 2019
All Work, No Pay.
Recruiting Coordinator in Atlanta:
Pros: The flexibility as a single mom. I’m able to be very present in my child's life
Cons: They treat women under 40 without a doctorate’s degree like incompetent kids. So you will be given all the work to make your higher up look good but then they won’t compensate/promote you accordingly. For example, you’ll have the pay grade and title of an administrative assistant II doing the work of an associate director. No lie.
