Recruiting Coordinator Reviews
What is it like working as a Recruiting Coordinator?
August 2022
Great place to work.
Recruiting Coordinator in Jasper:
Pros: Having a sense of pride in the company, able to help others internally and externally.
Cons: There is a lot of duties and add-ons and everything is time sensitive and high priority. It can get stressful and compensation for the work is fair but upon succeeding and going above and beyond should be recognized.

I enjoy it. Can be stressful with the current job market.
Recruiting Coordinator in Venice:
Pros: The people I work with and making a difference with our seniors.
November 2021
Want a lot of opportunities with no parking?
Recruiting Coordinator in Cambridge:
Pros: Great location/ a lot of opportunities
Cons: Lack of parking/ price of housing
January 2021
Awesome, but.
Recruiting Coordinator in El Segundo:
Pros: so many resources available, if you are strategic enough to use them.
Cons: Pay is not as transparent for non technical staff. Seeing new hires get paid more than you did for the same job duties or less job duties.
November 2020
Great environment, overworked and underpaid employees.
Recruiting Coordinator in Seattle:
Pros: office culture is great, very much a cooperative team environment. Everyone communicates, and the office is very open and accommodating for if someone has to be out. They try to work with you as much as they can.
Cons: Employees in the office are overworked and underpaid. TA Management seems unorganized and can go back and forth between thinking about hiring someone new or not, and once they are, they aren't given much to do at first. If you want an office with good, collaborative culture, this may be the place for you. But beware; if they see good work ethic and good results, they'll start to take advantage of you. They'll keep piling work on your plate with no reasonable means to complete them in a timely manner; they'll cut overtime with little to no explanation and still put expectations of getting the workload that would take 3 people 45 hours each all on your own in less than reasonable time. They're a great company to work for as people...but not necessarily as a business. Great place to start if you don't have much experience, but don't plan on staying for too long.
June 2020
A lot of opportunities to learn but with very old tools to do that.
Recruiting Coordinator in Krakow:
Pros: list of client partners
Cons: the tools to work provided, IT support, IT equipment
March 2020
All good, except the pay.
Recruiting Coordinator in Cranston:
Pros: I go to work with a smile and leave with a smile. The job itself and the team are great
Cons: Pay is low. It is all over the company
