Pros: I like that I am not surrounded by a lot of people so there's not much office politics.
Cons: When people start taking advantage of your intelligence and getting you to do their work for them because they are lazy to do it themselves. The always throwing tantrums and being a bit racist to his employees. Too arrogant.
