Customer Service with a smile, try to answer clients quest.
Receptionist:
I would say don't worry, just always always be pleasant, don't loose your cool. Smile while you are talking, clients know you like your job. Sometimes I get flustered when there is a lot thrown my way, just keep your cool. Get one thing done at a time, pick the priorities that are more urgent and do those first. If you accidently drop a call and know who it is, when they call back apologize immediately. Don't be afraid to kid around with clients, they really love it, but just know how far to go.
