Good benefits, low salary. Employees are taken advantage of and expected to perform under crushing workloads... Management is disconnected from the daily grind. Turnover is at an unacceptable level, retention efforts inadequate and hiring replacement is given little to no importance.

Pros: It is close to home. The co-workers are great. Expectations are reasonable and well-defined. My boss appreciates me. I get along well with my boss. My work is interesting and challenging and it keeps me busy. My work aligns with my career goals.
Cons: Compensation is not at a market rate. I don't get listened to very much. Some of my co-workers are slow and I feel like they hold me back.
