Pros: I love the culture of my company. Everyone is motivated, and the office is more relaxed than other corporate environments. I also really like my specific role at the company. I am doing exactly what I want to do and putting my strengths to good use.
Cons: I think because it is a startup culture, there is a lot of change constantly which can at times be bad for morale.
