Working in Dallas.
Public Relations Coordinator in Dallas:
Pros: I work in north Dallas, technically Carrollton. I love in Denton, so the commute isn’t too bad. I do have to drive to downtown Dallas a lot for work, but the more you do it the more you get used to it.
Cons: There are so many highways in and around Dallas and they’re all congested.

Challenging but satisfying.
Public Relations Coordinator in Burnsville:
Pros: I like the content and work I get to do. I love being able to help churches grow and expand
Cons: I don't feel like there is many opportunities here especially being a woman. There is only one woman in the highest level of leadership on all levels. I would like to see more diversity across the board including gender equality

Pros: I love what I get to do... the actual work. It's a honor to help other churches grow and expand

Pros: I enjoy the work I do. It's rewarding to see other people succeed and to know you helped them along the way. It's truly equipping the local church
Cons: The lack of opportunity for women, especially moving upwards. There is only one woman represented in the highest level of leadership but even then it is a family member. I would love to see all levels of all leadership diverse including gender.
