Project Specialist Reviews
What is it like working as a Project Specialist?
January 2015
Project Specialist:
Pros: Working in the commercial workout risk team. Complete and administer self testing, training and review audit findings. Compile and research data to review the quality and prevent audit findings while streamlining processes. Flexible work schedule around my children and the ability to work from home weekly.
Cons: The lack of knowledge and experience of peers within the department.
January 2015
Educational Project Specialist.
Project Specialist:
Pros: The best part of my job is that I get to work on exciting projects and then move on to other projects. I'm well respected by my colleagues and the educators I work with.
Cons: While my work is pretty flexible, some options that would be possible in the private sector are off-limits. (i.e. Merit pay, telecommuting, etc.)
