Cons: The payscale is not accurate. The managers micromanage but do the things they dont allow their employees to do.

Pros: My manager allows me to handle my projects on my own without constant supervision.
Cons: I wasn't given a choice as to what role I play on the team. Pay and raises are low. Bonuses aren't guaranteed.
