Project Manager, Information Technology (IT):
Pros: I like the variety of experience you get and I also enjoy working with people. You are not always stuck at the desk and are able to move around and see the institution you work in.
Cons: In my position, it seems as though if you are good at multitasking, you're taken advantage of and are overloaded with more work than your counterparts. I have to speak up from time to time just to call a time out and suggest some evenness on the playing field.
