Pros: I love the variety of skills and experiences I have gained in this position, this job challenges me in new ways each week. My supervisor is hands-off, leaving me to work at my own pace.
Cons: The hands-off approach often leads to miscommunication, causing delays of deliverables. There is a lack of messaging from upper management, so the direction of the company is unclear.
