Pros: Support great end user missions with opportunities you simply can't find elsewhere.
Cons: Management forcing changes that are not compatible with customer/culture. Most is not for the better.

Many Responsibilities.

Pros: I'm trusted to take my work from the start to the finish line. My experience at Shimmick has made me a well rounded individual with many transferrable skills.
Cons: There is too much work and responsibility placed on some individuals that should be under the role of the managers. This leads to some people being overworked and burning out.

Pros: Central to most of the suppliers. Pretoria has a lot of job opportunities. Traffic is most of the time, very light.
