Pros: Support great end user missions with opportunities you simply can't find elsewhere.
Cons: Management forcing changes that are not compatible with customer/culture. Most is not for the better.

Pros: I'm trusted to take my work from the start to the finish line. My experience at Shimmick has made me a well rounded individual with many transferrable skills.
Cons: There is too much work and responsibility placed on some individuals that should be under the role of the managers. This leads to some people being overworked and burning out.
