Project Engineer in Orlando:
Pros: The atmosphere of CORE on a national level is great, and in Florida it’s pretty good and they’re working on making it better. Culture focused and results driven. Most of the people are extremely enjoyable people to be around and the demographic skews to the young side.
Cons: There’s not a lot of transparency when it comes to hiring/promoting staff. Even though we do performance reviews, it’s hard to know where you stand and what you need for your next promotion.
